More BSG Season 4 and DVD movie info (with a teeny bit about “24″)

OK, so Season 4, which is tentatively set to debut in January 2008, will be at least 13 eps, could be more. Producer David Weddle told SyFy Portal that it’s still up in the air and the Sci-Fi channel could end up renewing for 22 episodes, which would be the longest season yet.
The bad news? A fourth season would be the last season for the series. Waah. That does, however, lend credence to the theory that Starbuck is not killed off and is sent ahead to find Earth. And does.
As for the made-for-DVD movie? It appears to still be in the works.

GeekMonthly.com reports that it would focus on the Cylon attack on the 12 Colonies that kicked off the miniseries and current series and the escape of the Pegasus.
That means Michelle Forbes, who played Admiral Cain, would likely be in it. Trivia: Forbes also was in Season 2 of “24,” playing the counselor to the late, great, President David Palmer. She was last seen injured, but her fate is unknown. It’s said it’s possible she could return, though there are no plans for that this season.
