The Carnival of Bauer!!!

I’d just like to thank the Academy … I mean Blogs4Bauer … for allowing me to host this week’s Carnival of Bauer.
It’s been a thrill ride, seeing what everyone had to say about this week’s episode, which was probably the best ep all season. I’m the luckiest girl in the world! So anyway, here’s a look at this week’s Carnival rides and concessions, after the break:
• Ferris wheel: In the spirit of junior high health class, we view “I Am Jack’s Unleashed Anger” over at The Jack Sack. And if you haven’t seen it already, check out his “Message from the UN Secretary General to China.” I guess 1 billion Chinese can be wrong.
• Carmel corn: As usual, I giggled my way through 24in24’s weekly installment. For those not in the know, the blog is a comic-book summary of the series, with 24 installments in all … thus, 24 (the series) in 24 (installments, or episodes  hey! Just like the series!). Oh, and take the poll.
• Ali Baba: Over at Riding with Rickey, we see how things Escalated Quickly.
• Bumper cars: Let’s see. David Golden over at Morning Maniac Music learned a lot from Monday’s ep  particularly about Muppet Baby Palmer.
• Barnstormer: Then we have a Skagit Valley College alumnus learned what never to do by watching “24” this week. In case you were wondering, SVC is in Mount Vernon. Washington state. Apparently, there are, like, 400 Mount Vernons in the U.S.
• Gravitron: yankz explains how Jack Bauer Kills Television by pointing out all the ways that “24” is the best show in television history. Ever. Over at Because it’s sour.
• Flying scooters: Now, Truth vs. the Machine gives a lengthy, detailed recap, pointing out for the newer viewer what has been recycled from previous seasons.
• Funnel cake:In his kingdom, King Tom looks forward to the rest of the season, realizing that Now we’re gonna have some fun.
• Helter Skelter: So, Kyle Brandt points out all the ways Monday’s ep ripped off some of the best  Cape Fear, The Sopranos, The Matrix  but still ended up being freakin’ great.
• Matterhorn: jwookie has this to say about Monday’s episode: Audrey’s alive?? Noooooo!!. He has more questions than answers, over at Cake or Death.
• Tea cups: Roci somehow missed Monday’s ep but manages to write a rather detailed re-imagining of Between the Hours of 10 and 11 PM over at Rocinante’s burdens.
• Tilt-a-whirl: Steve gives us an extraordinarily detailed Funny Summary of 24: Episode 17 – 10 pm to 11 pm that’s is indeed very funny, over at Magic Lamp.
That’s all for this week.
Again, I’d like to thank Blogs4Bauer for allowing me to host this week. Check out his TiVo blogging of Monday’s ep. You may need the Guide to Nicknames.

thanks for getting me in at the last minute.
Thanks for hosting this week!
Great job, Amy. Now that we have the power of LoHud on our side, there is no stopping the Carnival’s reach.
Nice job there Amy. Rickey welcomes you to the insane three ring circus act that is “The Carnival of Bauer.”
Can Rickey be “The Flying Fellinis” next time?
