The 4400. Deadwood. Damages. The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
What do these shows have in common? Can’t be Summer Glau. She plays the until recently schizophrenic Tess on “The 4400” and will appear in the Fox midseason show “The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” but hasn’t shown up in the
Glenn Close vehicle on FX and never graced the town of Deadwood. (Unfortunately on the latter; I think she would have been a great fit! Note to David Milch.)
Nope, it’s Garrett Dillahunt.
The devious Matthew Ross of Season 2 of “The 4400” had a couple of turns on “Deadwood”  first as Jack McCall, the man who kills Wild Bill, then as Francis Wolcott, the agent for George Hearst.
All characters were gleefully bad, sometimes bordering on flat-out evil.
Now, he’s set to join the Terminator-themed series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. (Thanks to The4400Guide.com for the tip.)
SPOILER ALERT: Over at Film.com, it’s claimed that Dillahunt’s character, Cromartie, is a Terminator unit sent back in time to kill Sarah (Lena Headey) and John Connor (Thomas Dekker).
