Big Love, other cablers on hold

December
18

The writer’s strike didn’t spare the cable networks’ shows, either.

Shooting for Big Love, for example, has been postponed, reports E!Online’s Watch with Kristin. “Even series like The Riches, which was well into production when the strike began, was unable to finish all their ordered episodes,” she said.

Kristin was able to give us some good news — Branka Katic, who plays the waitress, Ana, who Bill and Margene both “date” in their own inimitable ways, will be in six or seven episodes when it does return.

So does this mean there could be a fourth wife? (Yes, I know that would mean that Katic would be in more episodes, but what if she doesn’t show up again until several episodes into the season and therefore is only in six or seven, but the sixth or seventh ends in a wedding? I have no inside info; I’m just supposing here.)
