On location in Chicago, the fourth season of “Top Chef” will premiere at 10 p.m., March 19, two weeks after the Thursday finale of Bravo’s other signature reality competition, “Project Runway.”
According to Buddy TV, the cable network will air its first annual A-List Awards in that slot on March 12. Whatever those are.
Filming for “Top Chef” began before the Oct. 10 conclusion of the series’ third season and ended in November with the Chicago Tribune and other media documenting some of the process.
Buddy TV cites a quote from host Padma Lakshmi, who said it “went really well and I ate like a pig.â€? The Padma diet seems to be working for her.
Before listing three locations where filming reportedly took place for Season 4 (spoiler haters beware), feel free to revisit my exclusive interview with “Top Chef” Season 3 winner Hung Huynh.
Buddy TV reports that some of the “Top Chef” filming took place at Meals on Wheels Chicago, Ravenswood Manor, and the Green City Market.
Ooh, now I know everything that happened in Season 4! Wait, no. No, I don’t.
