Sunflower Seeds Revolution about to launch

Just one week from today, the seeds of a revolution will be launched.
Buoyed by the success of the NUTS to CBS Jericho campaign in which fans sent 40,000 pounds of nuts to CBS headquarters in New York and Los Angeles and got an abbreviated seven-episode second season of their beloved show, fans of The 4400 settled upon another edible with a long shelf life: sunflower seeds.
The group has a web site, MySpace page, LiveJournal blog, online petition and more.
Here’s the deal: buy seeds at your local stor or through GiantSeeds.com ($5 and they’ll be gathered together for a big shipment). As of Feb. 1, send them and a polite letter to:

Then do it again, as often as you can each day for a week.
Future skirmish dates will be announced, as necessary.
Why sunflower seeds? Because Kevin Burkhoff lamented in “Tiny Machines” (a great episode, by the way) that his Promise City captors wouldn’t even allow him his favorite snack.
