Writers’ strike over?!? We can only pray…

Former Disney chief Michael Eisner told CNBC last night that a handshake deal is in place between the Writers Guild of American and the major media conglomerates.
According to Eisner (above), the power players for both sides struck the deal last Friday, and the agreement will go to the writers in general at a meeting tomorrow. In theory, it’s possible that the writers could turn it down—but Eisner thinks it’s unlikely.
Hooray!!! Let’s keep our fingers crossed over the weekend, shall we?
And hopefully by next week, we’ll have word on when our favorite shows will be back on the air…
