It got so much better ratings on it's own. They ended a lot of highly shows by picking up UPN, Gilmore Girls, for example. And the ones they kept just went downhill, the new season of One Tree Hill, for example. It's a sad disappointment. The WB never should have merged with UPN. I've also seen it said that Supernatural is the highest-rated show on the CW, which is pretty sad considering they rarely get more than 3 million viewers per episode. I guess this is a case where poor ratings are all relative. It wasn't until a few weeks before the premiere that they announced LOST's time change, the big jerks. They'll want to see how LOST does and how the audiences react to the time slot, I'm betting.
