Sorry it took me a couple days to post on Monday’s episode. I took notes the other day.

So what happened?

Amanda annoyed the poop out of me.

Brian totally creeped me out.

Kyle was so … Kyle.

Josh and Andy were quite some team and are just TCFW.

So, here’s my DVR blogging recap:

Nothing ever happens on Sundays at The Rack. Yeah, famous last words.

Amanda can’t even operate a blender? Or was that a short caused by Kyle’s extreme loooove for Amanda?

Brian is crushing Jessi’s world. Latnok doesn’t think she’s as good as Kyle, he tells her. No one sees her potential. Except Brian, of course.

Brian Taylor is like an evil stalker; he’s the only one who’ll ever be there for her.

An avocado is a fruit, not a vegetable? Wow. The things you can learn on Kyle XY. I’m not sure if I knew that. But I definitely hadn’t thought about it.

I actually feel badly for Jessi. She’s reaching out and Nicole even wants to help her, but feels like she shouldn’t because of what that really mean “social worker” said.

Andy! Yay. But what’s up with the three pony tails?

Andy’s using her breasts to get Josh to buy $120 concert tickets. For the band “Cow Keys.” Um, Cow Keys? Please don’t tell me that’s really a band’s name.

Lots of feeling up discussion. Lori’s going to have the sex talk with Kyle? This is very weird.

Did Amanda and Kyle just tongue kiss?

Amanda is trying to figure out what there is about Kyle that she doesn’t know.

Wow. Josh became a manager pretty darn quickly.

Josh is asking Kyle if he can multitask?

Amanda, jealous much?

But Amanda has a good point that Lori and Declan aren’t boyfriend/girlfriend now.

Declan looks nervous. He doesn’t really want Lori introducing herself to his potential girly girl.

“You want me to be miserable and pining.” Declan is right. Lori won’t be with him, but doesn’t want to let him be with anyone else.

The “Asshat Society”? “Psycho Bitch League”? That was a pretty amusing exchange. I see romance in their future.

Kyle’s inability on the espresso machine is a bit bizarre. I mean, the guy can do anything. He read the entire set of encyclopedias in one afternoon.

Kyle has a probem with the concept that the customer is always right.

Um, Josh, I think that $120 went to concert tickets. For Cow Keys.

OK, Amanda just acted like a psycho jealous girlfriend toward Jessi.

Nicole’s feeling guilty. Her career is on the line, but she feels so badly for not helping Jessi….

Oops. Jessi just spilled the beans on herself that she ratted out Amanda and Kyle.

That bottle cap’s the winner. CALLED IT.

OM, that guy followed her home. That is creepy. But she maced him? Oh, hahahaha, he isn’t a stalker. He’s her dad’s TA. Nice going, Lori.

OK, I bet the manager took the $120 to do something.

Amanda wanting to hang out with Charlie is different than Kyle spending time with Jessi, considering they never dated.

Now Amanda’s giving Kyle the cold shoulder? OK, I’m really starting to be annoyed by whiny Amanda.

Declan is giving Kyle excellent advice. The customer is always right, applied to relationships. “You’re right, I’m sorry.” My husband always tells his friends those are the four most important words a husband can have in his vocabulary.

OK, in your case, makeup hugs. Haha.

Stephen’s TA wants to know why Lori’s so angry?

“Aren’t you all callous jerks?” Ah, it’s a “men are bad” thing.
He’s arrogant and conceited; she’s bitter and hostile. These two are completely destined for loooove. Or at least heavy like. At least then, Declan will be able to date other people without Lori being all obnoxious about it.

I forgot about Kyle’s holographic memory. That’s pretty cool and superhero-ish.
Oh, blerg. We have to relive all the Amanda moments again? Urg.

“A superhuman memory bank with a built-in scale.” Nice, Josh.

JT counted the money in the drawer? Andy saw JT in line for Cow Keys tickets. Mystery solved.

Um, I think Kyle boosted the power to the blender too much.

Oh, Amanda, you MUST get over yourself. I’m beyond annoyed by her.

You have to trust me. Amanda accuses Kyle of not trusting her; Jessi knows what the box is; “You can trust her with your secrets and not me.” Is Amanda breaking up with Kyle?

How can Kyle think Amanda wouldn’t like him if she knew the truth?

Um, Amanda, didn’t you already break up with Kyle? How can you think he’s going to break up with you?

Oh, blecch. “I need you in my life. I need you in every part of it.”

Lori’s a passive-aggressive mean girl. You’re right Declan.

“You’re right. I’m sorry.” Declan is taking his own advice, but Lori knows it’s a move. Nice to see them smile at one another for a change.

Now Brian will know that Jessi went to Nicole, and he’ll be ticked off.

Now Jessi “knows” that no one cares about her except “dad,” Brian.

i just want to be their friend but they won’t let me. they’re jealous. they don’t want to see you succeed, not like i do?

Gawd, Brian Taylor’s a horrible person.

OK, Brian was in love with sarah. This is totally creepy.

Aw, Josh and Andy are the new “it” couple. Their whole reverse blackmail of JT was awesome.

Kyle to Amanda: “You tell me something I don’t know and I’ll tell you something you don’t know.”
He’s telling her about the box. “It belonged to someone very close to me.” His biological father. Tells her about Adam Baylin.

Oh, blech. Kissy kissy.

Buy Andy something pretty money (sounds better than hush money). She’s right, actually.

OK, Kyle and Amanda. Kissing in front of Amanda’s house. Not too bright.

FOSS IS BACK!!!

Or is it him?

Adam Baylin’s back!?!?

Next week:

Declan throws a punch.

Jessi and Kyle are healing. Telekenisis. Powers. Superheroes. It’s like Heroes for the junior set.

Check out this interview with Declan, Chris Olivero. Here’s a snippet I found interesting about Declan and Jessi:

There is some stuff in the future that Declan will kind of come to her for, not for romantic interest, I can tell you that, but he comes to her more for help. So he does look to her and she does become more of a part of everybody’s life, more than she is now. Romantically, right now, Declan has his hands full with Lori and also with trying to figure out what he’s doing himself.

And here’s one with Kristen Prout, who plays Amanda. Hey – Amanda may be annoying me, but Prout’s a pretty decent actress. I know a lot of folks didn’t think much of the movie, Elektra, but Prout was pretty good in it. Here’s a taste:

It’s obvious that Amanda is going to go through some transitions and learn about how special Kyle is, but the manner in which I believe that she will find out about his abilities will be in a natural way, as Kyle and Amanda usually are. I think [the relationship] will just strengthen, but there oculd definitely be some complications.
