'Lost' time slot news!

It’s looking like we’ve got a winner in the war for the Thursday 9 p.m. time slot on ABC.
Well, make that TWO winners.
TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello says “Grey’s Anatomy” will indeed move back into its usual 9 o’clock spot, now occupied by “Lost.”
But “Lost” will follow the hit medical drama at 10 p.m. when the season’s final batch of new episodes begins airing in late April.
As Ausiello notes, this could be great news for “Lost.”
The fourth season opened to strong ratings last month—over 16 million viewers—but it was still down from last year’s premiere.
So while pairing these two polar opposite programs seems bizarre to me, maybe it’s what “Lost” needs to draw in more fans.
I’m cool with that, but personally, I’m bummed by the move. I’m not a “Grey’s” watcher, so I could care less when that’s on, and I loathed the late time slot “Lost” had last season.
(What can I say? I’m a boring working mom who has to wake up at 5:30 a.m, with a 2-year-old who doesn’t sleep through the night. I go night-night by 10 p.m.)
Does that mean I’m abandoning my favorite show? Of course not.
I just prefer to watch Jack & Co.—and have my mind blown—earlier in the evening. And preferably not online at ABC.com the morning after at work.
(Speaking of changes, Ausiello also is getting word that “Lost” is planning to move Episode 8 to later this season, making it the kick-off episode for the last five installments. In other words, that would make #7—which is said to revolve around Sun and Jin—the final one before a month-long break.)
Discuss these moves in the comments section below, and be sure to join in our Thursday “Lost” debate here. Today’s topic: Who’s in the coffin?
