With so much “American Idol” stuff for me to cover, it’ll be tough to give “Top Chef” the time it deserves for the next 11 weeks. I will do my best, but in-depth coverage will have to wait for now. I have non-TV stories to cover, after all.
A reminder for local readers that there’s a cheftestant connection to the Lower Hudson Valley. Erik Hopfinger (pictured) is originally from Chappaqua. Go, Erik! Bonus points if he uses that thing he’s holding in the picture on the show.
