Season Finale—I just sat there saying, “I think we won,” for maybe five minutes. If it’s not true than CBS is being unnecessarily heartless.

If CBS is toying with us and not really intending to give us a Season 3 then I’m all for sending Moonves some hogs. That would be very cruel to treat us that way. Is this how they tell us we’re renewed? It better be.

Amy, great observations and thoughts as always, and yes, I noticed it said “season finale” and not “series finale”. I’m still afraid to get my hopes up yet though. Lots of the same thoughts, Amy!

1) Why is this ASA military shooting at a vehicle possibly hauling a nuke? I want my military folks to be a tad smarter than that.

2) Emily is very badass with a gun. No big deal made about it. She just jumps in with it, and nobody blinks. People can be too hard on ‘ole Blondie. I think ALL the women of Jericho are awesome—Emily, Heather, Gail, Darcy, Bonnie, Mimi, and Mary (tho’ I quibble a bit with that adultery thing).

3) I want to feed Jake, but boy—is he ALL THAT and a bag of chips? Middle management…..loved it!

4)Maybe there’s a heart in there somewhere underneath all that camo garb, but I was wanting to ‘go all Guantanomo’ on Major Beck tonight. I had been taken in by the hotness, but he’s gotta work overtime now to redeem himself with me.

5)First time in Season 1 or 2 when I’ve seen Hawkins rattled. A little shaky there at the end, but he starches it back up in the handshake with Jake. Those two can protect my planet any time!
