I had no idea Kiefer was in an L.A. Confidential tv series. Or that an L.S. Confidential series actually existed in the first place… it must’ve not been so great.

Sigh. I wish I had the guts to say it was a trick, but, alas, this is what happens when you start IMDBing in the middle of the night. Apparently, Kiefer played Det. Jack Vincennes in the 2003 unsold TV pilot for L.A. Confidential (ironically enough, given the quote). The quote itself, however, is from the film version and, yes, Spacey spake it.

And when I found the quote, I remember thinking to myself, “Kiefer was in L.A. Confidential? I didn’t remember that.”

Now I know why.
