We all know the Oceanic Six have to go back to the island. And now you’ve got your first sneak peek at how our favorite new dynamic duo – Jack and Ben – are planning to get the gang back together. (Apparently, Kate may be their biggest problem.)
Anyway, go here to view the clip.
Seen it? Good.
Because based on that tantalizing scene, I’ve got a couple of questions:
• Why is Ben packing: Does time-travel allow carry-on luggage? Or, as Kristin over at E! suggests, are Ben & the O-Sixers booking a flight with Ajira Airways?
• Can Michael and Jin be saved? According to Jack, Locke told him that everyone left behind, including “everyone from the boat” would die if he and the others didn’t come back. We’ve all been assuming that Michael – and probably Jin – actually DID die when the freighter blew up. Could the return of Jack & Co. change that?
• Does Ben know more than he’s saying about what happened when the island moved? Come on, of course he does. We’ll find out eventually, but make your own predictions in the comments below!
Now, if you liked that holiday treat, here’s another: A video Q&A with Damon and Carlton, complete with Santa hats! Our favorite offscreen dynamic duo answer a few fan questions. Well, sort of.
Not stuffed with enough “Lost” goodies? God, you’re greedy.
Oh, all right, after the jump, check out some more just-released cast photos. (The ones above of Jack and Ben are from this new bunch of intriguing pictures, too…)
Sure, those jungle boys and girls are purty, but get past that and concentrate on the backgrounds. (They’re not grouped according to off- or on-island location.)
For example, Jack, Sayid, Daniel, Desmond, Charlotte and Juliet are all shot separately in the same vine-covered room.
Hurley and Locke are photographed on the beach in front of a section of plane wreckage.
Sawyer is on the beach, in front of a rowboat stuffed with what looks like a dated living room set (including a decades-old TV set).
Kate and Miles are on the beach, too, except they’re in front of a backdrop painted to look like an apartment building.
And Sun and Ben? They’re shot between the same set of carved wooden doors. More secret rooms?
Start speculating, everyone! Only 36 days left until the Jan. 21 premiere…
